1. Most of our items are PREORDER. Meaning we only ordered the item(s) for you when you had make a payment for them. 70% of our listed products are PREORDER. You can place an order for our INSTOCKS with no extra charge. Most of our PREORDER item are usually 20% cheaper than most of the online store. Pls note once payment made. There is no refund for any reasons.

4.All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (no scans allowed) of your transaction receipt. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without a proper standard of snapshot. No refunds will be made for ATM transfer.
5. Payment to be made within 24hrs after invoice had sent to you. If you back out/mia (missing in action) after 24hrs without informing us your reason. Your name, contact no. , mailing address & email address will be featured up at our site under BLACKLISTED.

Exchange & Refunds
11 Strictly no exchange unless there is a manufacturing flaw or wrong item/color is delivered. In cases of manufacturing flaw, please contact us within 7 days via email with a close up photo of the manufacturing flaw attached so that we can qualify you with a exchange.
12. Exchange|return item(s) must returned to us in its original packing & in BRAND NEW condition with tag. Worn with smelled body odour & could not produce us with our criteria mentioned, we have the rights to reject your exchange|returned item(s)
13. Exchange|return item(s) must be able to reach us within 7 days FROM the day we are notified of your request. Otherwise, the return| exchanging item(s) will be considered invalid. If you fail to comply within this 7 days, we will NOT accept the return| exchange item(s) You have to self-collect your item back or pay the necessary postage fees for the mailed item(s)
14. If, in any case, the item you choose for exchange had out of stock (OOS), credit will be store valid for a period of one months. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS
15. NO REFUND if you had choose a wrong size on shoes or apparels.
16. If supplier sent us the wrong item, size or colors. We will bear the cost for the wrong or defects items they sent us. No refund will be made if the order/orders is OOS. We will re-order for you again in our next preorder (approximately 3-4 weeks duration)
Full refund will be only be make if supplier have no available stock in the next 4 weeks.
17. Shipping duration could delay till 4 weeks due to bad weather or in any circumstances.
There is no promise of a exact date. All date provided are just a estimation, however we try to make it within 21 - 28 days
